Overnight Oats
Ingredients

1/2 cup steel cut rolled oats

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

1 Tbsp. honey

1/4 cup yogurt

fresh fruit (your choice)

Directions

Add all ingredients except for the fresh fruit into a container that can be sealed.

Mix until well combined.

Add fresh fruit of your choice to the top, seal it, and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.*

*Overnight oats can be stored up to five days in the fridge.
